Delivery time

The delivery time starts from a maximum of 48 (forty-eight) hours after the payment confirmation.

 The products will be shipped via parcel or courier that chooses based on the User's postal code. The delivery time will be 2-5 business days from the moment the purchase payment was confirmed. Once the payment has been confirmed and accepted, the User accepts that may delay delivery without a defined time if the product is out of stock or an event occurs that prevents delivery on the selected days.


General Shipping Policy

The following terms apply to all shipments made within the Mexican Republic.

The prices published on the site do NOT include shipping costs within the Mexican Republic except when expressly indicated by a team or a particular promotion, the prices of the products may change at any time without prior notice, promotions from others cannot be combined. means other than those presented on this site.

The customer agrees to provide a valid address locatable within the Mexican Republic where the order can be delivered. In the event that the customer provides an address that is not located by the parcel, any other additional cost will be covered by the customer himself.

All shipments made by us are perfectly packaged, in case your order is delivered with physical damage by the parcel, you must add a note when signing the manifest to the parcel service employee indicating that the package shows signs of abuse (Box opened, beaten, perforated, wet, stuffed, etc.) Without this annotation you receive the package accordingly. If the parcel service employee does not allow you to write down on the delivery manifest you should NOT receive the package.

If you suspect that the box that the parcel service employee is giving you does not contain what you bought either due to the weight or size of the packaging, you should NOT receive it, indicating the reasons to the parcel service employee and you must report it to us. immediately to clarify your request.

Once the package is received by you or someone at the delivery address, you have 24 hours to report anomalies due to physical damage or missing in your order, after this period no change or claim will proceed.
